Nice Heating Ltd T/A Security Fog UK henceforth referred to as “the company”.
- All terms and conditions of the contract between the purchaser and the company are contained here. No representation or warranty is made or given by the company save as appears herein and no agent or employee of the company has the authority to make any representation on warranties. No variation of or addition to the purchased items described shall have the effect unless agreed in writing by an authorised officer of the company.
- The company undertakes to use its best endeavours to adhere to any delivery period quoted to the purchaser, but time shall not be the essence of the contract, and the company shall not be liable in respect on any delay in supply caused by reasons beyond the company’s control nor any consequential loss resulting thereof. If the delivery period quoted is not met the purchaser may serve notice on the company in writing requiring that the supply of ordered goods be completed within such reasonable period as the purchaser may specify. (In general, the company would accept three weeks as reasonable.) If the ordered goods are not supplied in such extended period, the purchaser may cancel the order without penalty by the service of written notice to that effect on the company. - The company seeks to supply the finest quality products and have tested the products to assure correct operation, but the company cannot be held liable for any loss caused by non-operation of the products or incorrect operation of the products. The products are not meant to replace on-site insurance policies.
- The company will guarantee against any defects, in either materials for a period of two years from date of purchase except where defects are caused by wrong handling, wrong installation, misuse, neglect or abuse. Any such defects will be duly investigated and dealt with under the terms of the company’s undertaking. The installation instructions must be followed at all times.
- The Fog used in the devices are completely harmless to humans and animals, interior surfaces and food stock, however, please use the devices cautiously. Do not aim the devices directly at people, instead aim the nozzles at the floor.
- Keep the devices away from children and pets to avoid accidental spraying. Please do not stay in the fog for a long time. It may make you uncomfortable if you inhale the fog. If your eyes have any kind of irritation reaction, please rinse with clean water. If skin has any kind of irritation reaction, please wash with soap and water or see a doctor immediately.
- Before installing replacement fog cartridges, please disconnect the power supply. Please keep the devices away from flammable and explosive materials. If you have any doubts about the installation, please contact us.
- Do not expose the devices to high temperatures. Keep the devices dry and clean. The devices are for indoor use and are not waterproof. If water or other liquids enter the devices, please disconnect the power immediately and consult us.
- After triggering the fog generators, the nozzles will be extremely hot. Please do not touch the devices until they are completely cooled down to avoid burns. The devises are not designed to be used in vehicles.
- The company is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect installation and operation, and you must replace used fog cartridges with only original cartridges supplied by us.
- These terms and conditions shall not be construed so as to affect the statutory or common law rights of the purchaser.
